Choosing a color scheme for a project is often one of the most difficult decisions to make.  Adobe’s Kuler has been my go-to color scheme selection tool since I discovered it several years ago.  In the latest update to the tool, Adobe Kuler has added a function to create schemes based on color samples from any uploaded image.

Hint:  When viewing the color scheme, hover over each color to view a pop up of the HTML color code.  Also, the Rainbow extension for Firefox is quite helpful for selecting colors and copying the HTML codes to the clipboard.
